SDR Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of Amazon Pay.Your responsibilities will include:Qualifying leads from multiple channels and working with the Sales Team to identify qualified merchants.Researching potential clients and qualifying leads before handing them off to the sales team.Educating qualified merchants on Amazon Pay before handing them to the sales team.Identifying potential customers, qualifying their interest and viability, and starting to create a relationship that will help drive the sale.Once experienced enough with product, industry, and talk track, beginning outreach to qualified leads using predefined email/phone scripts.Managing numerous requests concurrently and strategically.Maintaining a prospective sales pipeline and target lists in Salesforce.Working with Sales and Marketing to prospect and qualify leads.Engaging with potential customers via phone, email, and other channels to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.Helping with outreach to merchants before attending events and trade shows.Effectively conveying the value proposition of Amazon Pay in a concise manner.Assessing/estimating ecommerce revenue using tools provided.Responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and assigning leads to sales reps on a daily basis.Meeting or exceeding targets for customer acquisition and transitioning qualified accounts.Capable of performing outreach at times when lead volume and correspondence for the sales staff is at maximum capacity.Estimated Salary
