Position may require additional hours as needed and requested.Responsibilities:Research design, data acquisition, data analysis, and manuscript preparation to include assessing the impact of health care policies on vulnerable populations, comparing medication utilization and outcomes, describing the treatment patterns of opioid use disorder, and identifying factors associated with health disparities in cancer screening, diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.Develop skills in health outcomes, health care policy, and quantitative research.Attend seminars and conferences, with opportunities to publish and present study results at professional meetings.Other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:PhD or equivalent degree from an accredited doctoral program in health outcomes research, health economics, public health, clinical pharmacy or a related field by the start of the fellowship, or within 3 years.Excellent database management skills including quantitative data analysis skills (SAS, R, or STATA preferred).Able to work independently and in teams.Excellent communication and writing skills.Highly motivated with a great work ethic.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with large health care data (such as public and/or private health insurance claims data, electronic health records, registry data, or national survey data).Salary Range:

$48,000 + depending on qualifications.Working Conditions:May work around standard office conditions.Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation.Use of manual dexterity.Climbing of stairs.Lifting and moving.Work Shift:

Position may require working flexible hours.
