We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for managing a broad range of commercial real estate matters. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial business, real estate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and must be proficient in Spanish. Provide legal guidance and support on a wide range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret various real estate agreements and documents such as purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and loan documents.Conduct legal research and provide advice on various legal issues related to commercial real estate.Assist in Mergers & Acquisitions activities, including due diligence, negotiation, and documentation.Manage relationships with external counsel, real estate brokers, and other business partners.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.Provide training to the company on relevant legal issues, risks, and company policies.Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney.Proficiency in Spanish is required.Strong knowledge of Florida real estate law and commercial business law.Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions.Excellent legal research skills.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Interested in hearing more?
