May Include:Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customersProvide knowledge and consultation in the form of developing HVAC system solutions for the customer’s problems, including financial and performance-based considerationsActively participate and travel for National Organizations, Tradeshows and other events in order to develop and maintain industry/trade relationshipsCoordinate product training with suppliers and associationsTrain company-owned employees and independent distributors in the expectations to support National Accounts strategic objectivesResolve market conflict between distribution channels that are in shared territories, while growing overall market shareConsistently ascertain customer's needs and current market opportunitiesKeep current with and identify market trends and new ways to improve customer satisfaction & loyalty; strengthen our market position and accelerate revenue growthIdentify and communicate competitor activities and other industry activities that affect product management and sales growthCollaborate with Sales and Marketing in the creation of robust national and local marketing strategiesWork with distribution and regional sales teams as needed to reach plan goalsDevelop multiple relationships with purchasing influencers in the customer’s organization, including construction managers, vice presidents, and procurement leadersDevelop and implement best practices for establishing, building, and maintaining client relationships that positions the company as a provider of choiceParticipate in additional projects to support ongoing business needsRequired Skills:Works within knowledgeCollaborates with cross-functional teams - Sales, Marketing and Distribution, etc.Aligns work with established sales goals and strategiesProduct knowledge and HVAC industry knowledge a strong assetAbility to read and comprehend residential architect and engineer plansDemonstrates the ability to execute the consultative selling approach in a B2B environment; excellent relationship management skillsAbility to effectively negotiate agreements with customers and other related partiesAbility to comprehend detailed knowledge of Company products and services, customers, decision makers, sales processes and market trendsDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Proficient creating and presenting builder presentations using PowerPoint both verbal and printedAbility to communicate effectively ideas, concepts, business plans and strategiesDevelops quality interpersonal relationships and demonstrates flexibility and an open mind in social stylesEmbraces the "customer and team first" concept and uses a collaborative style in problem solvingFrames professional activities through an organized and detailed time management systemDemonstrates discernment and sound judgment, applies strong work ethics and integrity on the job5+ years sales experience preferably in the HVAC industryNew Construction experience is preferredBachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experienceEducation and/or experience in RNC a plusAdditional Information:Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodationsUp to 35% travel requiredPay Range:$100,000 - $125,000Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
