They are looking to hire a full-time account executive to grow their home-owner pipeline and win new business in the B2B channel. Our client is verticalizing the $100b+ short-term rental industry, independently operating each step of the home rental process, including booking, smart home technology, home management, and even the homes themselves, creating an unmatched guest experience.Location:

US (Remote)Required Qualifications:Background in sales and business development with a proven track record of successSelf-directed and motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and accountabilityAbility to generate and qualify leads through research and networkingComfortable with cold-calling, emailing, and attending events to network and meet in personAbility to create presentation materials, generate proposals, and follow through to closing home ownersProven ability to foster relationships with partners to grow business over time, upselling future opportunitiesDetail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skillsTeam player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethicInterested in long-term employment and career development at a growing company with a tight-knit culturePreferred Qualifications:Confident, resourceful, strategic thinker, and collaborative problem solverExperience working with product and engineering organizations to help roadmap new feature developmentsBachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field2 to 4 years of relevant sales or business development experienceStrong communication skills, both written and verbalIn This Role, You Will:Secure leads through inbound and outbound phone and email outreach by identifying and qualifying sales opportunitiesQualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunitiesProduce qualified prospects by following up on inbound leads from various marketing programsConduct outbound, proactive calling techniques to target partners, contacting potential partners through cold calls and emailsNurture prospects, discover needs, offer relevant resources, and articulate why the teams are right for themUtilize targeted and insightful questions to speak knowledgeably with decision makersMaintain strong knowledge of client homes and their concierge processesDocument outbound/inbound activity and maintain partner details in self-managed pipeline listWork closely with marketing, product management, and concierge teams
