Job Title: OCM Business Analyst

ContractResponsibilities:
Apply client change process and tools to create a strategy to support sustained adoption change initiatives.Collaborate with Global OCM team to develop and deploy OCM approach.Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with business leads and change champions.Lead and manage change readiness, change and people impact assessments.Facilitate Customer, Change Management Community of Practice sessions.Provide Change management training and consultation for business partners.Proactive planning to manage and mitigate potential areas of change resistance.Responsible for coordination between business units and leads, to assess impacts and effects.Assist project team in determining and socializing project value and end user benefit.Develop and distribute change communications to the Technical Operations Organization.Design and execute communications and strategy.Occasional International Travel to build relationships with European Global partners.Other duties as needed.
