As a Full-time RVCM employee, you can also expect these additional benefits:3-5 Years of DevOps experience working primarily in AWSBachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related scientific or technical discipline.A background in a customer-facing or customer service roleA deep understanding of Agile and DevSecOps methodologiesDevelopment experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and HelmProven experience in developing, testing, and maintaining containerized applicationsFamiliarity with Linux and scripting (Bash and Python, etc)Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearanceWorking knowledge of source version control, build/release tools and methodologies, and CI/CD pipelinesExperience developing software with Java, Spring framework, JBoss, Python, JavaScript, node.js, and/or AngularExperience developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC) using tools like Packer, Terraform, and AnsibleWillingness to be on callAbility to work on high performing teams supporting multiple projects and personnelStrong oral and written communication skillsKnowledgeable of industry standards and best practicesEager to learn new technologies and gain expert-level understanding of the latest approaches (auto-scaled cloud-based systems, serverless architectures, cloud/on-premises hybrid solutions)Proficient with Development OperationsStrong 'security first' mindsetComfortable with IT Architecture and System IntegrationAware of software development risks, with an appreciation for what is technically feasibleAble to maintain a high level of coding, testing, and engineering standardsAble to be flexible and adaptable if changes in priorities occurSelf-starters and fast-learners who are able to independently research and resolve issues using appropriate resourcesComfortable working with multi-disciplinary, multicultural, and geographically dispersed teamsFully remote work within the U.S.Exemplary Medical, Dental, and Vision coverageHealth Care and Dependent Care Savings AccountsGroup Term Life Insurance auto-enrollment (for employees who participate in health insurance coverage with RVCM)401(k) with company matching after 1 year of service.
