FL Real Estate Attorney (Hybrid / Full-Time Permanent)

Latitude is seeking a real estate transactional attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join a full-service Am Law 200 firm in the firm’s Miami, FL office. Interested candidates should have experience working on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings associated with operating properties and future developments from the ground-up. Expertise with condominium projects is preferred, but not required. Excellent academic credentials and direct client interaction skills are a must. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in Florida. This is a hybrid position with work from home flexibility.
Requirements for the FL Real Estate Attorney:3-5 years of experience working on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings associated with operating properties and future developments from the ground-up.Expertise with condominium projects is preferred, but not required.Licensed to practice and in good standing in Florida.J.D. from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm setting.Excellent direct client interaction skills.

Compensation:Pay: The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $220,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) and generous leave policies.
