BASIC FUNCTION

HCSC is looking for a dynamic individual to join its Sourcing team! This position is responsible for identifying and engaging passive talent with specialized skills to fill current or future vacancies. A Talent Sourcer will craft and deliver innovative sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines and promote employer value proposition. This role will serve as a true business partner to the Talent Acquisition team by actively engaging with the talent market, external partnerships, building and nurturing diverse candidate pipelines, and sharing market insight data to help influence recruiting strategies.NOTE: this role is hybrid/flex and requires in-office attendance three days per week; relocation will NOT be extended, sponsorship is NOT available.Required Job Qualifications:Bachelor's degree plus 4 years' recruiting/sourcing experience

OR

8 years' recruiting/sourcing experience.Ability to build successful Boolean search strings to filter for qualified talent.Assist with identifying and implementing crucial strategies and partnerships, such as professional associations, diversity recruitment events, community outreach programs, industry networking events, etc.Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and/or CRM systems and experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications (i.e. MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Outstanding ability to build and maintain professional connections and cultivate positive relationships.Demonstrated analytical skills to conduct insightful candidate and recruitment analysis.Performs work under minimal supervision.Organizational, communication and problem-solving skills as well as sound judgment.Ability to establish priorities in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.Ability to support recruiters and hiring managers remotely.Preferred Job Qualifications:Recruitment experience in staffing agency.Project management skills.NOTE: this role is hybrid/flex and requires in-office attendance three days per week; relocation will NOT be extended, sponsorship is NOT available.HCSC Employment Statement:
