QualificationsImportant Note: The Actual Title is Automation Solutions Project ManagerEducation: Minimum associate degree with excellent years of experience (Candidate should be comfortable with evening meeting hours)Years Experience: 6-8 yearsSuperior Project management experience (different approaches, tools, phases of project lifecycle)Familiarity with Hyper automation solutions, i.e. RPA, OCR, IDP, AI/Client, GenAI, etc.Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts/change management principles, methodologies, and toolsChange management certification or designation desiredExperience working Agile/Scrum environmentProblem-solving and root cause identification/analytical skills - with a focus on the business perspective. Ability to triage and assess production bugs and collaborate with business stakeholders and IT developers to implement timely solutions.Able to work effectively at all levels in & outside of an organizationAbility to prioritize work, manage many projects simultaneously and must be able to work successfully in a deadline driven environmentTechnologies/software/application skills desired - Veeva Vault, Microsoft Office suite including Project Planner and Teams. Experience with Nintex and SharePoint preferred.Preferred Skill Sets And ExperienceHas experience training others/teams and creating training materialsExperience supporting the development and deployment of automated solutionsHighly motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaborate with team members both in person and via collaboration toolsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) and very good presentation skills.Demonstrated experience working for large organizations on complex software deployments.Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships.Ability to facilitate innovation and new ways of working with teams.Experienced in managing to contract; ensuring clients and suppliers alike perform under original agreement.ResponsibilitiesThe Automation Solutions Project Manager is responsible for delivering and supporting automation solutions in their product lifecycle for global market stakeholders and for multiple project initiatives.Work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders through the requirements, qualification, Proof-of-Concept, prototype, and MVP phases to ensure alignment and a clear understanding of automation process impacts and interdependencies.Lead and provide estimates, formalize release plans, and implementation schedules/dependencies, including managing and communicating the roadmap for multiple solutions.Manage and track Agile activities to deliver (and scale) each automation solution to the markets.Daily sprint calls/huddles with teammates/agile methodology.Develop training, implementation and change management plans for automation solutions and process improvements.Development and implementation of build release pipelines with personal accountability for managing deployment schedules, issues, risks, and impediments.Interface and communicate with project team, management, and other key stakeholders, with an ability to liaise between the business and IT.Provide training, lead the implementation, and change management plans to markets.Working with markets on launch cycle status, and UAT testing to production.Manage the measurement of success metrics and monitor change progress.Develop and implement communication activities as needed.
