Collaboratively develop and influence in-market execution through relationship building with key stakeholders, increase market share and distribution, and effectively manage a budget to ultimately deliver the Annual Business Plan for the Epremise Channel nationally. Chain responsibilities will include Gopuff, Amazon, Dashmart (Doordash), and others.Core Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with national buyers at some of the fastest growing e-premise retailers for our portfolio.Educate and inspire internally and externally on the viability and opportunity within the e-premise for the MABI portfolio.Connect with chain account managers and sales leadership within the wholesaler network servicing these accounts, especially Gopuff and Amazon. Seek out new retailer opportunities.Create fact-based presentations to sell programs, secure new item authorizations, optimize digital shelf space, and manage execution of national programming and annual resets.Achieve relevant business objectives by influencing in-market execution with regular communication and collaboration with the field sales team and wholesaler network.Problem solve and maintain a solution-oriented attitude when account level issues or objections arise. Negotiate with excellence to accomplish mutual business objectives.Conduct data analysis using a variety of sources to assess sales results, quantify missed opportunities, and monitor progress to goal (VIP Depletions, IRI, etc.).Work cross-functionally with the Field Sales team, Shopper Marketing, Media, Category Insights, DCOE, Compliance, National Accounts Sales Analysts, the Distributor Network, and outside agencies to align chain specific program goals and go-to-market strategy.Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.3+ years in sales, preferably in beverage sales or consumer packaged goods.Experience selling to or working with one or more of the e-premise retailers.Ability to travel 60% or more.Experience calling on retailer buyers and monitoring in-market execution.Exceptional relationship building skills at all levels.Experience developing shopper marketing programs.Great tel-sell skills for distributor influence piece of the position.Strong written and verbal communication.Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, creative, and entrepreneurial.Ability to analyze data and construct fact-based sell stories.Strong business acumen, sense of urgency, and attention to detail.Consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to MABI.Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams).
