San Rafael OfficeSummary:The Home Match Director of Marin County leads the program area in meeting its goals and objectives. The Program Director supervises the program area team, implements strategies to meet grant objectives, and oversees the portfolio of participants in the County.The Program Director must feel comfortable working with a diverse set of individuals, cultures, and circumstances. Fluency in Spanish or Chinese is desirable and requires flexibility in hours, including occasional evening and weekend work. Work is performed both on-site in San Rafael, CA office location(s) as well as remotely.Job Responsibilities:Helping set and achieve annual goals and objectivesDirect, support, and cultivate/mentor staff in the program areaDevelop and implement an outreach plan to promote the program areaLead the matching and home sharing process for a portfolio of program participantsConduct follow-up mediation services as needed to assist clients in maintaining a successful matchUse creativity to determine effective new, online and offline methods of conducting outreach and engaging with Home Match participantsUse online tools to track and analyze program dataContinually seek opportunities to strengthen and/or expand the program and its impactContribute to the sustainability of the program and work with the organization's FoundationOversee program area budgetEvaluate, implement, monitor measures, and report on program area metrics and grant objectivesKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Self-motivated, curious, results-oriented, and caring individual that works well independently and with a teamProven track record of meeting programmatic goals, building impactful partnerships, and securing funding or achieving a sales quotaOrganizational and time management skills, flexibility, and demonstrated experience in successfully managing all aspects of program operationsProvide culturally competent services and work with a diverse set of individuals in an empathetic and non-judgmental mannerActive listening, written, and public speaking skills (Spanish or Chinese is highly desirable)Proven track record in forming and maintaining relationships providing customer service with community-based organizations, community leaders, elected officials, and fundersAdept with or able to quickly learn new technology systems and online platforms (with some assistance), such as social media, Google Drive, CRM, etc.Traveling throughout the county for site visits of homeowners and other business meetings as needed.Credentials:Essential:

Valid California Driver's LicenseEducation with Equivalent Qualifications:
