Recycling & Waste Reduction LeadFS Facilities ServicesFull Time79169BRJob SummaryUnder the general supervision of the Recycling & Waste Reduction Coordinator, incumbent will serve as a working lead of the Recycling and Waste Reduction Program. The lead may assume responsibility for the crew in the absence of a supervisor. This activity involves performing the work of the specialized field, assigning and monitoring work orders, ensuring completion and recording of work orders, explaining tasks to co-workers, assisting with training of co-workers, maintaining time and material records, and assisting with performance evaluations, as requested. The Lead BMW receives general direction from their supervisor and provides leadership a minimum of 30% of the time. The Lead will be working closely with the Recycling Sorters and Recycling Specialist to ensure the daily tasks/projects are completed.Department DescriptionThe UCSF Facilities Services Department (FS) is committed to creating an exceptional campus physical environment to support the research, teaching, health care and community service mission of the University.
