The Customer Success Manager Systems Expert for Watts Digital will be focused on fostering strong relationships with customers in the Watts’ ecosystem, and will develop long-term strategies over time that will continue to a high level of satisfaction of our Watts product offerings.

You Will

Synthesize data from Watts Digital products, their own plumbing expertise, and customer input to:Discover and diagnose plumbing system issues and anomalies.Respond to customer inquiries regarding their plumbing system.Provide recommendations to customers to address issues.Propose improvement and optimization opportunities for customers.Create high customer satisfaction by aiding customers to understand the value of Watts product offerings.Scope ecosystem product offerings to best deliver value for individual customer situations.Share relevant customer feedback and insights with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, engineering, etc.).Collaborate with sales and marketing teams by providing input on customer needs, plumbing challenges, and ways to address with Watts’ Digital products.You Have

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or, in lieu of the degree, certification or documented training in a technical trade, preferably plumbing, plus 8 years of experience.Deep understanding of commercial building plumbing systems and hands-on experience in diagnosing high-level plumbing/water issues.Able to analyze plumbing system data (e.g., water temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc.) to remotely assess a property’s plumbing/water situation.Customer-facing experience – problem-solve, and discuss findings and recommendations with customers.Focused on delivering value to our customers and works collaboratively with others.Strive to continuously deliver plumbing insights to customers and build trust-based relationships. In addition, the role will have opportunities to be involved in the sales and product scoping stage.What’s In It For You
