Prepare and analyze any necessary supporting schedules in relation to the preparation of the monthly financialsBalance sheet reconciliationPrepare monthly bank reconciliationsPrepare and analyze annual CAM reconciliationsRequirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-taskExcellent communication skills – both verbal and writtenHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft ExcelMRI or Yardi accounting software experience preferredTeam-oriented and flexible with the ability to work well under pressureExperience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
