Responsibilities: • Continue company growth by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs • Outline our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we make our sales goals • Ensure our sales staff achieves their goals by making sales plans for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning territories, and managing their ongoing training programs • Evaluate the team’s sales performance and offer advice on continuous improvement • Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships to meet customer needs, and mitigate any complaints to ensure continued business Qualifications: • Working knowledge and use of a CRM • Automotive Sales Management experience required • Automotive F&I experience preferred • Ability to work with BDC and sales staff to meet sales goals Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000
