NoCrossCountry Freight Solutions is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. This position will also conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, and sometimes in person. This role will also help support outside sales efforts through administrative tasks and projects.Essential Job Duties:

Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of leadDevelop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accountsMake outbound follow-up calls to existing clients to improve volumesIdentify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales processCollaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approachesMaintain and expand the company's database of prospects and customersAchieve revenue growth goalsSupport sales effortsSkills and Knowledge:

3+ years of experience in sales or relevant industry experienceMust have strong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated and results drivenBenefits:
