Lead ecommerce initiatives for specialized key accounts, including large format, national retailers such as Walmart.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage ecommerce initiatives for specified Key Accounts, including Large Format national retailers such as Walmart.Responsible for the achievement of sales revenue goals, share gains in the beer category, and growing online sales penetration for the Anheuser-Busch portfolio for e-retail accounts.Work cross-functionally with Commerce Media and Shopper Marketing teams to build strategic Omni-channel plans and investments to reach ecommerce objectives and goals.Progress the relationship with internal channel sales leaders and external key account partners to drive thought leadership, enhance ecommerce capabilities, and develop ecommerce joint business plans.Partner with Director of e-retail on 1Y plans for e-retail accounts.Develop, sell, and execute ecommerce programs for e-retail accounts.Apply an analytical attitude to optimize tactics, including on-site display, search, and digital shelf to achieve account goals.Evaluate industry trends, competitive situation, business performance, and consumer insights and convert them to strategic business recommendations.Communicate ecommerce performance results to management team.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to understand and develop strategic direction and develop plans to get resultsStrong influencing and interpersonal skills – both internal and externalExperience with cross-functional collaboration, communication, negotiation, and presentations to both internal and external partnersAbility to manage multiple high-priority projectsExperience working with Retailer Media Networks and eCommerce agencies preferred3 years minimum experience in CPG, retail, or eCommerce space1 year ecommerce or digital commerce experience requiredUndergraduate degree requiredWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:
