SALARY:

$100,000 - $118,750 bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Senior Key Account Manager is responsible for acquiring and maintaining fruitful relationships with off premise large format chains and mass merchandisers specific to their market. The overall purpose of this position is to execute Anheuser-Busch sales objectives including volume, share, distribution, assortment, shelf space, merchandising programs, etc. at these key accounts. This position reports to the Retail Sales Director and also works closely with the High End Key Account Manager. The primary function of this role is to sell-in and influence our key retailers through partnership, communication, and consistency. The Sr. KAM position must be critically aware of industry best practices, pricing, and regional competition.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Grow sales and market share within Northeast key accounts for Beyond Beer’s Wine & Spirits portfolioProvide total account management including annual account joint business planning, sell in retail strategy and programming, execute retail programs, and create post program analysisBuild meaningful relationships with key account buyers, wholesalers, and internal stakeholdersMaintain active communication with region sales and wholesaler KAM teamsUtilize sales tools, such as IRI, Hero, iDig, VIPR, & PowerBi, to uncover opportunities & develop sales insightsCreate action plans against targetsManage sales, travel, and CRM package budgetsCoordinate & participate in key account market blitzesContribute to monthly performance reviews and annual account planning

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field2-4 years sales experience preferredBasic knowledge of retail initiativesAdvanced computer software proficiency (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, internet)High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information-based recommendationsEffective communications/presentation, follow-up, administrative and organizational skillsField and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer product industriesKnowledge of A-B sales and marketing applications (mobility, Siebel, abmarketing.com)Understanding of A-B wholesaler network/processes and wholesaler equity agreementAbility to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environmentStrong familiarity with syndicated data, software and measures
