Grow sales and share within Business UnitCollaborate with AB Commercial and Wholesaler Teams to build creative programs and drive executionLead retail communication with AB Commercial and Wholesaler KAM TeamsProvide total account management; sell-in programs and brand promotions, ad features, post promo analysisDirect and manage category opportunities to grow overall beer businessUtilize sales tools IRI, Hero, IDIG, VIPR, Power BiEvaluate strategies and action plans against allocated targetsContribute to the development and management of monthly PR’s and the annual account planJob Qualifications

BS/BA degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field.Advanced computer software proficiency (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint)High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information-based recommendations.Strong familiarity with syndicated data, software, and measures is preferred.Effective communications/presentation, follow-up, administrative, and organizational skills.Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer product industries.Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and category teams to develop retailer-specific program solutionsUnderstanding of adult beverage wholesaler network/processes and wholesaler equity agreement.Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environmentBenefits
