Job DescriptionThe Account Supervisor will be the primary day-to-day contact as well as internal teams supporting various direct marketing programs. You will be responsible for leading the management and implementation of client programs and initiatives while ensuring timely and flawless program execution.The Account Supervisor is a critical role and has the following core responsibilities:Work across Epsilon to support a variety of client programs/needs, which may include coordinating efforts among Creative, Production, Digital (Display, Social, Search), Email, Data/Analytics, Accounting/Billing, Third Party vendors (as applicable), etc.Possess the ability to work with all levels and roles within both the Epsilon organization, as well as the client’s organization.Have a solid understanding of direct/digital marketing best practices and the ability to effectively communicate recommended strategies and point of view to the client via email, phone, and in-person meetings.Own the creative process from an Account perspective, including directing the internal teams and developing schedules and estimates.Oversee production schedules for digital, email, and direct mail; direct internal production teams and external partners on specific requirements; ensure accuracy and quality of all materials.Negotiate client and agency needs to optimize resources, efficiency, and account profitability, while also managing programs within client budgets.Fully own billing, and be ready to assist also in budgeting, proposals, presentations, planning documents, etc.Be extremely organized and detail-oriented with a tremendous recall for his/her day-to-day activities.Ability to “wear many hats” in a startup-like environment that encourages a “roll up your sleeves” work style approach.In addition to the above, on a general level, an Account Supervisor at Epsilon is expected to:Perform successfully in role while working independently with limited direct supervision needed.Develop and manage client relationships.Participate in client’s marketing planning processes.Propose and promote strategic improvements to client’s program.Plan for future marketing requirements beyond current marketing programs.Identify opportunities to increase the efficiency of programs/processes.Work closely with the Account leads to help drive the client’s and Epsilon’s financial success.Resolve program issues in a timely manner and work closely with client to prevent future issues.Assist in analyzing results of all marketing programs and conduct competitive research.Issue reports, results, statuses, and proposals.Additional Background/skills RequiredBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications - Preferred.Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in marketing services with an emphasis on digital marketing, email, and direct mail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.MS Office expertise (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.).Proven track record in execution of detailed projects and ability to demonstrate critical decision-making skills.Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Be extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and a passion for exceeding client expectations.Additional InformationAbout EpsilonEpsilon is a global advertising and marketing technology company positioned at the center of Publicis Groupe.
