We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling construction-related disputes, including contract disputes, construction defects, mechanic's liens, delay claims, and other matters arising in the construction industry. The Construction Litigation Attorney will play a key role in representing our clients in litigation proceedings, arbitrations, and negotiations, providing strategic legal advice, and advocating for their best interests.Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of construction litigation matters from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research and analysis on construction law issues.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to provide comprehensive legal services.Develop and maintain strong client relationships.Stay updated on developments in construction law and litigation trends.Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the bar in Louisiana.At least 5 years of experience practicing construction law and litigation.Strong understanding of construction contracts, industry standards, and regulations.Demonstrated experience handling complex construction disputes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Commitment to providing exceptional client service.Benefit Highlights
