Experienced Accountant/Accounting Manager Needed for Growing Insurance Company
Join this dynamic team in Denver as an experienced Accountant/Manager with a growing insurance company. This role focuses on managing monthly general ledger cash account reconciliations for various entities within their group.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage monthly cash account reconciliations
Produce journal entries for monthly GAAP close
Coordinate expense settlements between entities
Support internal and external audits
Assist with various financial projects and analyses
Collaborate with colleagues across different locations
Maintain internal control policies and compliance standards
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of accounting experience
Insurance or financial services background highly preferred
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
CPA preferred
What they offer:
Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 annually
