We are currently in search of an experienced and dynamic Permanent Senior Accountant to join our growing team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in compiling and analyzing financial information, creating accurate and timely financial reports, and ensuring appropriate accounting control procedures.Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Account Reconciliation.Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal and external use.Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments for accounting staff.Review company financial statements for accuracy and clarity.Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.Maintain and improve processes and controls associated with manufacturing costs and inventory valuation.Lead and coordinate the budget process.Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is highly preferred.A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of financial accounting, with a strong focus on General Ledger, Account Reconciliation, Financial Statements, and Accounts Receivable.Proven experience in driving process improvements and specific skills in General Ledger and Financial Statement preparation and analysis.Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees.Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.Join our team and enjoy a rewarding career where your contributions will be valued and rewarded.
