Then you might be a great fit for the Sr. Analyst role with DaVita.The Talent Partnerships Team is tasked with helping deliver fully staffed and stable teams to our field partners by making long-term investments in new pools of clinical talent. We do this by:Building long-term candidate sourcing pipelines with our partnersTapping into new pools of clinical talent including partnering with academic institutions and international recruiting agenciesCrafting compelling offers, internship experiences, and 1st year programmingYou will report to a sr. manager on the Talent Partnerships Team.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.Partner / vendor managementIndependently own and manage vendor relationships; independently resolve minor conflicts, and communicate any shifts/pivots to program scopeHold vendors accountable to contracted outputs and expectations; effectively escalates issues to sr. manager as appropriateProgram supportEffectively partner with vendors and internal teams to help deploy new programs to Operations and TA partnersNavigate complexity of supporting a new program within the context of existing programsDefine success metrics and create dashboards to monitor progress against program goalsIdentify priorities & determine next steps for executionLeverage analytical insights to drive program improvementsAnalyticsLeverage hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate and quantify opportunitiesConduct analyses to assess impact on business metrics and provide strategic recommendationsConvey findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis, identifying next steps, and developing deployment plansDemonstrate strong critical thinking skillsRelationship BuildingPartner with teammates across the enterprise and vendors of all levels, including those who work in the clinicsInformally coach colleagues on work product and development areasEffectively challenge others during decision-making processes and constructively manage through feedbackCommunicationsDevelop program materials, such as presentation decks, job aids, & recap notes, with minimal supportComfortable presenting to program leaders & partners in a clear & concise mannerQualificationsWho you arePassionate about our team’s mission of delivering fully staffed and stable teams to our field partnersEnergized by building new programs and partnering closely with vendors to deliver resultsMotivated to grow your people leadership skillsExcited to work within a growing teamMinimum qualificationsBachelor's degree2-4 years of total work experienceProject management experienceDemonstrated intermediate to high Excel skills; independently able to produce an analytical model to support business decisionsPreferred qualificationsExperience supporting or managing external (e.g., vendor or partner) relationships or programsFormally or informally training / coaching more junior teammatesInterview process:

$62,200.00 - $91,300.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
