The Talent Partnerships Team is tasked with helping deliver fully staffed and stable teams to our field partners by making long-term investments in new pools of clinical talent. We do this by:
Building long-term candidate sourcing pipelines with our partners
Tapping into new pools of clinical talent including partnering with academic institutions and international recruiting agencies
Crafting compelling offers, internship experiences, and 1st year programming
You will report to a Sr. manager on the Talent Partnerships Team.
Duties and Responsibilities
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.
Partner / vendor management
Independently own and manage vendor relationships; independently resolve minor conflicts, and communicate any shifts/pivots to program scope
Hold vendors accountable to contracted outputs and expectations; effectively escalates issues to Sr. manager as appropriate
Program support
Effectively partner with vendors and internal teams to help deploy new programs to Operations and TA partners
Navigate complexity of supporting a new program within the context of existing programs
Define success metrics and create dashboards to monitor progress against program goals
Identify priorities & determine next steps for execution
Leverage analytical insights to drive program improvements
Analytics
Leverage hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate and quantify opportunities
Conduct analyses to assess impact on business metrics and provide strategic recommendations
Convey findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis, identifying next steps, and developing deployment plans
Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills
Relationship Building
Partner with teammates across the enterprise and vendors of all levels, including those who work in the clinics
Informally coach colleagues on work product and development areas
Effectively challenge others during decision-making processes and constructively manage through feedback
Communications
Develop program materials, such as presentation decks, job aids, & recap notes, with minimal support
Comfortable presenting to program leaders & partners in a clear & concise manner
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2-4 years of total work experience
Project management experience
Demonstrated intermediate to high Excel skills; independently able to produce an analytical model to support business decisions
Preferred qualifications
Experience supporting or managing external (e.g., vendor or partner) relationships or programs
Formally or informally training / coaching more junior teammates
Interview process:
The interview process will consist of an initial phone screen, behavioral based interview, analytical assessment and a case study.
Location:
This role will be remote.

Salary/ Wage Range:
$70,000.00 - $88,000.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
