Kearney & Company is seeking a Military Pay/Travel Pay Analyst to join our Bolling AFB team in Washington DC! This position will require 5 days a week on-site in Washington, DC.

Duties include but are not limited to:Examine and process substantiating documents to pay active, reserve or retired armed forces personnel and their annuitants.Entering personnel actions, responding to pay inquiries, processing adjustment actions, and formulating policies.Reviewing pay authorization documents, determining entitlements, and processing pay entitlement actions.Reviewing military pay debts and military pay actions.Handle problem cases or inquiries that involve auditing past pay records of both in-service and out-of-service members.Provide assistance with responsive, flexible, and well-organized administrative support to meet a wide range of responsibilities which requires continuity and institutional knowledge of the complex Air Force environment.Provide expertise in drafting, developing, and publishing standard operating procedures, business rules and other office procedures.Managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.Onsite 5 days a week requirement.Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance (Requires US citizenship).Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Air Force Financial Systems.
