The successful candidate will possess strong written, analytical, and oral advocacy skills and will handle breach of contract and collection litigation from demand through judgment. This role requires attending court hearings, preparing and arguing Motions for Summary Judgment, and managing an assigned caseload to meet goals and client expectations.
