A law firm is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to handle breach of contract and collection litigation matters. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload from demand through judgment, attend court hearings, and prepare and argue motions for summary judgment. This role demands exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage time-sensitive matters efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Handle breach of contract and collection litigation matters from initial demand through judgment.Attend court hearings, both telephonic and in person.Prepare and argue Motions for Summary Judgment.Manage assigned caseload effectively to meet goals and client expectations.Address escalated and time-sensitive matters as needed.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.Requirements:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.Admission to practice law in California; multi-jurisdictional admission in AZ, CA, NV, and TX preferred.Experience with the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) and Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in legal research and use of both legal and non-legal sources.Skilled in software tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload effectively.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working at a fast pace.Conscientious concerning work completion, deadlines, and attendance.Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems promptly.Adaptable with a strong work ethic and willingness to embrace change.Job Location:
