Assistant Project Manager

Position: Assistant Project ManagerLocation: San Francisco (office) and PeninsulaIdeal Start Date: ASAPCompensation: $50/hr - $70/hr+ DOE (Hourly wage at applicable regular and OT hours)About the Role:You'll support project administration and management in high-end residential construction. You'll create and track punch lists, document project progress, and assist with subcontractor management on maintenance projects ($5k-500k) and residential projects ($30m+). This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while collaborating with top architects in the Bay Area.Daily Life:You'll work closely with senior leadership, utilizing Procore to ensure efficient project execution and maintain organized project files. Expect to spend about 30% of your time traveling to projects and 70% in the office, with projects split between the city and peninsula.
