Our client, an international retail company, is seeking a
Director of FP&A
to join their team and drive financial strategy and performance across corporate and retail operations. The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will play a critical role in guiding the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes to support strategic decision-making. This position requires a strong background in
wholesale
and direct-to-consumer channels, with a deep understanding of retail operations. Responsibilities Lead the FP&A team in developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgets Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management on key business drivers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive financial improvements Develop and implement processes to enhance financial reporting and analysis Provide expertise in wholesale and direct-to-consumer financial dynamics, including pricing strategies, margin analysis, and inventory management Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 5+ years of wholesale or e-commerce experience Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on wholesale and direct-to-consumer markets Strong understanding of retail financial operations and key performance metrics Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficient in financial modeling and use of financial software/tools About our Client International Retail Company Workplace Policy : Hybrid, 4 days/week onsite
