Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Human Resources Director to lead our HR team. This role is critical in building and maintaining a high performing, engaged workforce. The ideal candidate will be an expert in HR best practices, have experience in fast-paced environments, and possess the ability to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Strategy:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the

overall business strategy.

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the HR

team.

Ensure HR initiatives support the organization’s

goals and promote a positive culture.

2. Talent Acquisition & Management:

Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the

attraction of top talent.

Develop and implement effective onboarding programs.

Create and manage talent development programs to

support employee growth.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement:

Foster a positive work environment and culture.

Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts.

Develop and implement engagement initiatives to

enhance employee satisfaction.

4. Performance Management:

Oversee performance appraisal processes.

Implement strategies for continuous performance

improvement.

Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR

initiatives.

5. Compliance & Policies:

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and

regulations.

Develop and update HR policies and procedures.

Provide guidance on HR legal issues.

6. Change Management:

Lead and support organizational change initiatives.

Ensure effective communication and implementation of

changes.

Develop strategies to manage resistance and promote

acceptance.

7. HR Operations:

Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits,

and compensation.

Utilize HR analytics to drive data-informed

decisions.

Continuously improve HR processes and systems.

8. Health & Safety:

Oversee workplace health and safety programs in

collaboration with the Safety Officer.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Develop and implement strategies to maintain a safe

work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business

Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.

Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least

5 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in a fast-paced, dynamic

environment.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.

Excellent leadership, communication, and

interpersonal skills.

Ability to build strong relationships and influence

at all levels of the organization.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple

priorities.
