Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and driving the company's financial strategy and planning.
Responsibilities:
Implement financial strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives
Manage the finance team, providing leadership and guidance
Supervise financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
Conduct risk management by analyzing current market trends and competitors
Oversee supply chain finance to optimize costs and efficiencies
Perform market analysis to support strategic decision-making
Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team
Forecast financial trends and provide insights for future growth
Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive role
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
Expertise in IAS (International Accounting Standards)
Ability to manage and lead a finance team effectively
Proficiency in financial report writing and analysis
Experience in risk management and strategic planning
Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and compliance
