We are seeing a Senior Human Resources Manager - Teammate Development & Learning to be responsible for the management and performance of the Human Resources team. They will ensure that teammate development and learning, succession planning, performance management, and on-boarding are handled consistently, accurately, and efficiently. You will play a key role in creating the RMC difference.

This role will be performed in our Madison, WI office.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing strategic direction for teammate development and company-wide learning systems.
  • Develops and manages teammate training and development programs
  • Oversees the teammate on-boarding process.
  • Collaborating with leaders to develop professional development plans for their teammates.
  • Leads performance management areas of HR
  • Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technology in human resources.
  • Working closely with the team of Human Resource professionals serving our RMC Teammates.
  • Continuously promoting, communicating, and embodying the RMC culture.
