A law firm in Denver, CO, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Partner to lead its real estate practice group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, with extensive experience in handling complex real estate transactions, acquisitions, and development projects.Duties:Lead and manage the real estate practice group, providing strategic direction and oversight.Develop and maintain client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on real estate matters.Handle a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.Conduct due diligence reviews and negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.Provide legal counsel on land use and zoning issues, environmental regulations, and property development.Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff within the real estate practice group.Requirements:Minimum of 8 years of experience practicing real estate law, preferably within a reputable law firm.Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Colorado State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.Proven track record of managing complex real estate transactions and client relationships.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in mentoring junior attorneys.Education:Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Colorado State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.Skills:In-depth knowledge of real estate law principles and practices.Proficiency in negotiating and drafting real estate contracts and agreements.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in legal research and writing.
