LogicMonitor has a layered approach to intelligence, where AI and Machine Learning is baked into every facet of the LM Envision platform to help IT teams improve efficiency, minimize alert fatigue, proactively predict trends, and maximize enterprise growth and transformation.The Senior Principal Product Enablement Specialist is a critical role to ensure that LogicMonitor’s products are effectively launched, adopted, and utilized by both internal teams and customers. They will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product development and go-to-market teams, designing and developing comprehensive training and resources to educate, enable and inspire customers and GTM teams on product features and benefits. Within the Global Training & Enablement team, they will serve as the lynchpin for product-related knowledge dissemination and strategic alignment.A successful candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge, public speaking, strategic thinking, and agility. They’ll be able to understand their audience to deliver applicable and interactive materials, foster collaboration and solicit feedback, leverage technology, and measure the impact of their enablement to empower teams to effectively promote and support the product. This position reports directly to the Director of Global Training & Enablement.Here's a closer look at this key role:

Collaborate with Product Managers to understand product roadmaps and upcoming features, translating technical information into clear content that educates and inspires.Partner with the LM Community to establish confidence as their trusted advisor and LM product expert and go-to resource.Design, develop, and provide support for training materials (i.e. presentations, product demos, and interactive modules) for customers, channel, and GTM teams to ensure product sales, implementation, and customer adoption.Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate employees on product features, positioning, competitive landscape, and customer value propositions.Support product launches partnering closely with Product Management and GTM teams to develop launch kits, FAQs, and other supportive materials.Gather feedback and insights from the LM Community and internal teams to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement in training and product materials.Collaborate with Sales and CX Enablement teams to ensure teams are prepared with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively communicate product value propositions, address objections, and close deals.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of enablement through metrics and KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement.Collaborate with Channel teams to identify value and access for any materials created.What You'll Need:Bachelor’s degree required.5-8 years of experience in a role where you developed a deep understanding of the product, industry, and effective communication strategies. For example, training & enablement, customer support, sales engineering, product lifecycle development, etc.Deep technical acumen in Enterprise Software and the B2B SaaS market, with a demonstrated ability to grasp Observability products, their features, and benefits.Confidence in educating and inspiring technical audiences including exceptional public speaking skills.Knowledge in adult learning principles, training methodologies, and instructional design.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear, concise, and engaging enablement materials.Ability to analyze data, gather insights, and measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of enablement programs and materials.Flexibility to adapt to changing product landscapes, emerging technologies, and evolving business needs.Understanding of sales and CX processes, strategies, and techniques to align enablement efforts with business goals.
