LinQuest is seeking a Targeting Support Analyst to join our team onsite at Camp Lejeune, NC. An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is requiredThe Targeting Support Analyst will support the C5ISRT Capability Development Team within the G-83 Current Requirements Division with concept development, requirements documentation, subject matter expert support, and market research in support of MARSOC targeting and Combined Joint All Domain Command & Control (CJADC2) future capability requirements. The targeting support analyst will also be required to closely coordinate with peers on projects that combine capabilities.Responsibilities:Identify and describe concepts, policies, technologies, and business practices associated with targeting and CJADC2 as they relate to MARSOC and USSOF.Familiarize and advise MARSOC senior leaders on current targeting and CJADC2 program of record equipment and capability development efforts.Assist the G8 in developing, implementing, and resolving capability development efforts across the range of targeting and CJADC2 capabilities based on three critical factors: 1) unit skill levels, 2) equipment capabilities, and 3) the identified targeting and CJADC2 needs of the command.Continually assess the critical factors and using that assessment, provide the tailored assistance necessary to ensure successful capability development efforts in achieving MARSOC's mission.Relate existing targeting and CJADC2 theories and technologies to current and emerging military problem sets including threats to information movement in the electromagnetic (EM) spectrum.Evaluate and critique existing policies, procedures, and doctrine affecting targeting and CJADC2 in support of military operations.Clearly articulate alternatives to overcome identified targeting and CJADC2 gaps and support the proposed solutions by identifying their impact throughout the spectrum of military operations.Coordinate closely with the Electromagnetic Warfare/Cyber Support Analyst and ISS Support Analyst to identify critical pathways and vulnerabilities between the three capability areas.
Required Skill and Experience:Exposure and familiarity with the joint targeting process and combined joint all-domain command and control (CJADC2)At a minimum, 10 years of combined operational experience including: Any combined operational experience in the following areas: joint terminal attack controller, special operations terminal attack controller, tactical air control party leader, joint targeting, joint effects and network operations.Formal training credentials or formally documented experience in joint terminal attack controller operations, network management. The credentials shall be equivalent to completing the Service-level JTAC qualification course, joint targeting course, Forward Air Controller course or their Service equivalents.Experience working with web-based applications and software such as: PALANTIR, Falcon View, Raptor X, Google Earth, C2PC, and Map Point.Knowledge of communication architectures utilized to transmit and receive data typical of today's networked battlefield.Possess and maintain a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.
