Together, let's advance the world of minimally invasive care.Job DescriptionJob Overview:The Product Manager of Enterprise Analytics with a focus on Human Resources will be pivotal in harnessing the power of people data to support our People Analytics team's strategic goals. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Employee Master Data system, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of employee data. Your primary duty will be to prioritize and develop data solutions tailored to the HR team's analytics needs, enabling data-driven decision-making throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing HR data and a deep understanding of data management, and a passion for transforming human capital insights into organizational growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Support the People analytics function, by creating a robust data model and Data Warehouse architecture to power HR Analytics strategy and Operations.Manage the Employee Master MDM, ensuring it effectively supports the needs of the People Analytics team and complies with data governance standards.Collaborate with the People Analytics team to identify and prioritize analytics projects, aligning them with HR and company-wide goals.Ensuring alignment with HR’s strategic initiatives by supporting their roadmap and creating a scalable data that is secure for advanced people analytics.Implement tools and technologies to support the HR team's analytics requirements, including self-service reporting and advanced analytics models.Drive data quality initiatives, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of HR data across multiple systems and platforms.Facilitate the integration of HR data with other business data to provide a holistic view of organizational performance.Orchestrate an AI and ML program to improve employee engagement, and drive HR operational efficiencies through predictive analytics and intelligent automation.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.Expertise in data management and with governing master data and familiarity with data quality practicesExperience in data modeling, including the creation and management of complex data structures, with the ability to design, implement, for both relational and non-relational databases.A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, data management or a related area, with at least 2 years in a management role.Demonstrable understanding of HR processes, systems, and data privacy regulations.Experience in analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), databases, and HRIS systems.Proficiency in implementing machine learning models and or AI algorithms, including but not limited to natural language processing (NLP) and LLM’sFamiliarity in programing languages commonly used for AI and ML such as Python, or R.Excellent in analytics and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with HR professionals and other business leaders.Leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing team members.Project management expertise with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion.As the Manager of Enterprise Analytics focused on HR, you will be a strategic partner to the People Analytics team, bringing a data-centric perspective to human capital management.
