As our Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a firm-wide, multi-location marketing strategy based on the firm’s vision and direction. You will manage a yearly budget for all marketing efforts, update and communicate the brand identity, and engage with clients, partners, team members, and vendors. You will also be responsible for analyzing marketing data to identify important trends and staying up to date on the latest marketing topics.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive qualified lead generation
Oversee marketing budget and resource allocation
Create and implement a referral generation program
Develop and produce high-quality video content to showcase attorneys' personalities and expertise
Optimize the buyer's journey through targeted content and campaigns
Collaborate with attorneys and other stakeholders to understand their needs and develop targeted marketing initiatives
Work with attorneys to develop thought leadership pieces such as e-books, white papers, and online lead generation tools
Stay engaged with Client Intake data to understand and grow lead quality and quantity
Generate marketing reports and dashboards for the partner team
Excel in a few key marketing areas while overseeing internal and external teams to execute the rest:

Pay Per Click – Google Ads
Social Media Community Building
Paid Social Media Marketing
Public Relations
Content Management System / Web Development

Qualifications:
Strong drive for results
Data-driven decision maker
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the legal industry
Degree in marketing or proven track record in marketing professional services
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Dynamic communication skills, both written and verbal
Client-focused attitude
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work individually
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM, and analytics tools
Strong understanding of the buyer's journey and lead generation strategies
