We are seeking a General Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and compliance with relevant regulations.ResponsibilitiesStore Operations:
Manage daily operations, including staffing, inventory, sales, and customer service.Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.Oversee store layout, merchandising, and product display.
Staff Management:
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store staff.Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.Develop and implement staff training programs.Handle disciplinary actions and address employee concerns.
Sales and Customer Service:
Drive sales through effective marketing and promotion strategies.Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Inventory Management:
Manage inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and minimize losses.Place orders with suppliers and ensure timely delivery.Monitor product quality and expiration dates.
Financial Management:
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales, profit, and loss statements.Develop and implement budgets to control costs and maximize profits.Manage cash flow and ensure accurate accounting practices.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable liquor laws, regulations, and permits.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Conduct regular compliance audits and implement corrective measures as needed.
