We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Business Intelligence & Portfolio Analytics to lead our efforts in business performance reporting and advanced portfolio analytics. Lead the design and development of analytical projects and initiatives to support key strategic priorities.Performance Reporting:

Oversee the development and delivery of recurring business performance dashboards and ensure that they support mission-critical activities.Market Analysis:

Utilize competitive intelligence and macro-factor data to inform business implications and to identify opportunities for customer acquisition, retention, and portfolio value enhancement.Framework Development:

Create analytical frameworks, BI roadmaps, and metrics to support the broader organization.Executive Communication:

Present structured analyses to executives and key stakeholders, supporting enterprise priorities.Vendor Management:

Maintain oversight and strong communication with key outsourced analytics vendors.Team Mentorship:

Develop and mentor a talented team of 20 analysts, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.What We're Looking ForEducational Background:

Advanced Degree in engineering, math, science or a related field or equivalent certifications/experience.Experience:

12-15 years in a fast-paced, quantitative B2C environment, including 7-10 years of hands-on team leadership experience.Strategic Translation:

Proven ability to translate business strategies into actionable initiatives and articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent negotiating, consensus-building, and conflict resolution skills.Executive Presence:

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Technical Expertise:
