Jewish Home, founded 151 years ago, is committed to enriching the quality of life of older adults of all faiths.What you’ll do as a Registered Nurse:Utilize your outstanding clinical skills while you are responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive, individualized resident care.Initiate a plan of care based on patient issues at admission; review and update care plan based on ongoing assessments.Responsible for the administration of treatments and medications.Initiate appropriate nursing interventions such as discharge planning and resident teaching as needed.Act as a resource person for LVNs and CNAs.Assume delegated responsibilities for the day-to-day management and supervision of the unit in the absence of the head nurse.
