Our mission is to deliver high-quality legal representation, ensuring that our clients receive the justice they deserve.DutiesHandle files from file to trial, while negotiating with insurance company defense lawyers and adjustersDraft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefsAssist with case management and organizationPrepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and depositionsCollaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client communicationNegotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processesReview and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreementsQualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the state bar associationStrong research and writing skillsExperience in legal administrative workProficiency in using legal research databases such as Lexis-Nexis and WestlawExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsPreferred SkillsPrior experience in litigation or a related fieldFamiliarity with electronic discovery software and document management systemsThis position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
