We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director, Compensation and Benefits to join our dynamic team.
The Director, Compensation and Benefits plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall employee experience, supporting talent management strategies, and contributing to the company's competitiveness in the marketplace. The strategic impact extends beyond traditional benefits to encompass the holistic well-being and engagement of the workforce.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a compensations and benefits strategy that is aligned with business objectives
Identify trends and mitigate medical benefits cost inflation while maintaining quality
Oversee the design and implementation of salary structures and STI/LTI incentive plans
Manage annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, bonus distributions, and equity grants
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
Create effective associate communication strategies and materials
Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of current programs and propose ideas for improvement
Manage vendor relationships to optimize quality and cost competitiveness
Collaborate with HR to enhance the overall associate experience
Provide hands-on leadership, guidance, and development to the team
Manage the Company scholarship program
Oversee the 401(k) retirement savings plan and leave management programs
Deliver presentations to senior executives and the Board as needed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
A minimum of 7+ years of benefits administration experience
1 year in a people leadership role
In depth knowledge of employee benefits regulations, trends, and best practices
Proficient in HRIS implementation and continuous improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS or similar credentials
MBA or Master's Degree in HR or related field
Experience in delivering services across multiple countries.
