Success is achieved through effective relationship management and the application of relevant consulting and best practices tailored to each firm’s specific needs.In this position, the RL will partner with the leadership of Bluespring Wealth Partners acquired firms to manage the performance of the firms toward agreed upon growth, budgets and business goals. This professional will become a trusted business partner and go-to resource for the acquired firm’s managing directors.The RL is the local decision maker and quarterback. In this capacity, the RL is the point person for the firm and all internal Kestra Holdings stakeholders. The RL is the primary point of escalation. As needed, the RL will escalate to the COO.POSITION SUMMARYReports to: Chief Operating Officer, Bluespring Wealth PartnersLocation: Austin, TXESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this role successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty:Demonstrate personal ownership of all aspects of this role to create positive results.Build trust and deep relationships with the BWP managing directors, key advisors, and other personnel. Serve as the primary point of contact for BWP relationship management and to align BWP firms with resources and capabilities to support achievement of goals.Drive accountability for the leaders of each location while building a deep relationship and open lines of trust and communication with founders and successors.Track, influence positive outcomes, and partner with firms to ensure success, including driving actions necessary to meet or exceed plan, targets, and expectations.Partner with BWP managing directors to manage financial and operational performance through the development of business goals (multi-year and annual) and budgets that drive the firm toward the desired business outcomes including growth, profitability, and sustainability.Develop and track strategic and annual business plans.Drive adoption of the Bluespring Wealth Partner tools, solutions, and resources that will assist advisors in achieving higher levels of efficiency, profitability and growth.Establish a regular cadence and process for meeting with BWP firm leadership to assess partner satisfaction, firm performance and growth, and to drive accountability and ensure opportunities, challenges and issues are addressed in a timely manner.Be the primary contact for BWP firm administration with BWP corporate. Identify and escalate key risks associated with the BWP firm.Recognize and refer best practices, firm evolution, merger or growth opportunities.Identify, design and assist firms in executing effective succession strategies.Oversee and help M&A integration for sub-acquisitions.Provide regular management reporting about the condition of and progress in each firm.Structure, negotiate and oversee the rights and obligations of key agreements associated with a firm.Foster a high-integrity corporate culture that is relationship based, data driven and outcome oriented.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIESTo perform this job successfully, the individual should have the following skills and abilities:Firm operating experience or general / field management experience.Demonstrated experience and success partnering with firm leadership (e.g., CEO, President, Managing Partner of Wealth Management firms) and corporate executive leadership. Includes an ability to coach mid- and senior level executives to produce changed behavior, when appropriate.Experience in Wealth Management and or RIA industry.Strategic and annual business planning and budgeting experience.Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication skills including the ability to present complex information clearly and appropriately.Ability to think strategically, with the proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to influence outcomes.Detail oriented and practices consistent follow-up to drive accountability.Ability to manage sensitive issues and solve problems.Travel within territory up to 50%.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
