Kestra Financial is seeking a new team member to join our Planning Group, a valuable competence center within Kestra. The Planning Group, part of the Wealth Management Division, will provide centralized outsourced planning for approximately 1500 advisors nationally at Kestra and Bluespring. This role will serve as an analyst to the team and work closely with Financial Professionals in gathering data, creating, editing, and delivering financial plans to advisors. The analyst will work to provide research on planning specific projects for our clients, assist with intellectual capital, thought leadership, and most importantly, contribute to the planning culture and community at Kestra.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Analyst can expect to focus in the following areas:Gather, organize, and develop client data within a financial planning contextPrepare client financial plans and presentations for review by AdvisorsManage data entry and presentation development for client meetings that pertain to financial planningAttend client meetings in a technical, supporting and learning roleAnalyze and provide research for planning industry trends, intellectual capital, technological advances in the planning field and some advanced planningClient relationship management support, including ongoing and regular client contact and communicationsTrack and cross reference planning data though internal systemsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES

Strong attention to detail, process-driven, time managementAbility to multi- task, understand and execute on prioritiesHigh self/ other awareness and working within a teamLeads with curiosity and desire to always be learningAbility to spend large amounts of time on the micro, contributing to the macro- environmentProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point and ability to quickly learn new softwareExperience working with Emoney, MoneyGuide, or other planning software preferredSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITIES: None
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree1-3 years' experience in the finance industry preferredCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION:
Required: CFP education component completedPreferred: CFP designationSeries 7 preferredSeries 65 preferredPHYSICAL DEMAND:
