As a Principal, Firm Management you will be a key architect of success for the firms within the Bluespring community. You'll leverage your expertise to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring profitability, growth, and long-term sustainability. Your role as a trusted advisor and decision-maker will be critical in shaping the future of our partner firms.
POSITION SUMMARY
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer, Bluespring Wealth Partners
Location: Austin, TX
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this role successfully, the individual must demonstrate personal ownership of all aspects of the role to create positive results including:
Relationship Management
Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with BWP managing directors, key financial advisors, and other personnel, serving as the primary point of contact to align resources and capabilities with the goals of each BWP firm. Be the primary point of contact for the BWP firm.Drive accountability for the leaders of BWP firm while building a deep relationship and open lines of trust and communication with founders and successors.Foster a high-integrity corporate culture within each BWP firm that is data driven and outcome oriented.Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop, track, and drive the execution of multi-year and annual business plans that align with firm objectives, focusing on growth, profitability, and sustainability.Partner with BWP firm managing directors to manage financial and operational performance, ensuring accountability and driving actions to meet or exceed targets.Design and implement strategic initiatives at BWP across all firmsAdoption of Tools and Solutions
Promote the adoption of Bluespring Wealth Partners' tools, solutions, and resources to enhance efficiency, profitability, and growth for partner firms.Recognize and refer best practices, firm evolution, merger or growth opportunities.Succession Planning and M&A Integration
Design and assist in executing effective succession strategies within each BWP firm and assist with the integration of sub-acquisitions.Risk Management and Reporting
Identify and escalate key risks and provide regular management reporting on firm's financial and operational performance.Structure, negotiate and oversee the rights and obligations of key agreements associated with a firm.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES
To perform this job successfully, the individual should have the following skills and abilities.
Firm operating experience or general / field management experience.Demonstrated experience and success partnering with firm leadership (e.g., CEO, President, Managing Partner of Wealth Management firms) and corporate executive leadership. Includes an ability to coach mid- and senior level executives to produce changed behavior, when appropriate.Experience in Wealth Management and or RIA industry.Strong financial acumen.Strategic and annual business planning and budgeting experience.Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.Effective negotiation skills.Excellent communication skills including the ability to present complex information clearly and appropriately.Ability to think strategically, with the proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to influence outcomes.Detail oriented and practices consistent follow-up to drive accountability.Ability to manage sensitive issues and solve problems.Travel within territory up to 50%.SUPERVISORY RESPONSBILITIES:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
4-year degree; MBA preferred.Relationship management or advisory experience.3+ years experience financial services, practice management or business consulting experience.CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
