to manage special projects, build systems to automate processes, and ensure the company's continued growth and success.Key DutiesPlanning & External communicationsOperational ManagementResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the

CRO

to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's goals and vision.Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all departments and teams are working effectively and efficiently.Foster a positive and productive company culture that values innovation, teamwork, and customer service.Act as a key liaison between the

CRO

and other leaders, employees, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.Develop and implement policies and procedures that optimize company operations and promote growth.Oversee and manage the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.Serve as a mentor and leader to employees, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and development.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the coffee or food and beverage industry.Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams across multiple departments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing circumstances.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Passion for the coffee industry and a commitment to driving business success.If you are a highly motivated, growth-oriented individual with a passion for the coffee industry and a commitment to driving business success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with Compass Coffee.The pay range for this role is:70,000 - 85,000 USD per year (1401 Okie)
