This position offers the opportunity for the potential faculty member to join a team of physicians providing Pulmonary and Critical Care services at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital ( RWJUH ) as well as contributing to the academic practices of the medical school. As

Director, the selected candidate will lead and give oversight in the
MICU . Some responsibilities may include: leading quality and safety patient care efforts related to
MICU
outcomes, directing team-based care, supporting interdisciplinary collaboration, facilitating communication within a complex critical care environment.

The Department of Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School is comprised of approximately 150 paid and more than 300 volunteer faculty members organized into 11 divisions covering the major medical subspecialties.
