We currently have an opportunity available for a New Vehicle Sales Consultant. Qualified candidates will share our passion for great customer service and have a drive to go above and beyond the minimum standard.
New Vehicle Sales Consultant
The New Car Sales Consultant will assist clients in the purchase and ownership experience while providing an excellent level of service.
Job Responsibilities
Prospects for new clientsAccountable for departmental performance standards; "Customer Service Index", "Gross Average", and vehicles soldHas proper knowledge of products, market trends, and certificationsReviews, updates and manages inventory reports dailyPrepares and reviews monthly plan with NC Sales DirectorCreates and executes strategy for increasing market shareCompletes all aspects of the sales process including delivery of the vehiclesAttends weekly department meetingsRequirements, Education and/or Experience
Experience, education and training a PLUS
Must be eligible to work in the US and pass pre-employment screening to include MVR, drug test, and criminal background check
Must have sales license (where applicable)
